    SUBJECT: Ready for a Fresh Start at Home?

    EMAIL BODY:

    Hi {{First Name}},

    The new year is the perfect time for a fresh start, and one of the easiest ways to reset your space (and your mindset) is by decluttering.

    Decluttering isn’t about getting rid of everything or creating a picture-perfect home. It’s about creating space for what you actually use, love, and enjoy and making your home feel lighter, calmer, and more functional.

    To make it easy, I put together a January Decluttering Challenge you can tackle at your own pace.

    Here’s how it works:

    • Pick one area of your home at a time (entryway, kitchen, bedroom, etc.)

    • Donate, recycle, or toss what you no longer need

    • Focus on progress, not perfection

    Even small resets can make a big difference in how your home feels day to day.

    And if a move might be part of your plans this year (or even next) decluttering is one of the simplest ways to start preparing without any pressure. It helps homes feel larger, brighter, and more inviting, whether you’re staying put or thinking ahead.

    If you’d like my January Decluttering Checklist, just reply to this email with the word “Declutter” and I’ll send it your way.

    As always, I’m here if you have questions or want to talk through what updates matter most for your home.

    Happy New Year,
    {{Your Name}}
